Journey from the monuments of the Nile Valley to the mountains and monastic heritage of Sinai, finishing on the Gulf of Aqaba.
- Route: Cairo → Luxor → Sharm el-Sheikh → St. Catherine → Nuweiba → Taba
- Tour Focus: Ancient Egypt, monastic heritage, and Sinai landscapes
Important Historical and Biblical Context
St. Catherine’s Monastery preserves a longstanding Christian presence in Sinai. Jebel Musa is the traditional Mount Sinai; its identification should not be presented as an archaeological certainty. The Egyptian monuments provide broader context for ancient life and belief.
